  • Tasting Notes

This vintage produced a dark ruby color with rich cabernet notes of black cherries, anise and dark fruit.  Highly concentrated with addition of 100% new French oak yielding vanilla and toast notes.  The wine is thick, mouth filling and rounds out in the middle.  Notes of anise, mineral and dark cassis.  This wine can be laid down for years to come.  Best from 6 to 10 years and should hold for years to come.  This wine is a keeper.

This wine has aged beautifully! With aromas of cherries and berries and notes of cassis, mocha, vanilla and sweet smoke. Tobacco and cedar come through with a hints of violet and cherry.
