The grapes from the 2005 vintage are sourced from the Howell Mountain Appellation Blue Hall Vineyard in the Napa Valley. The wines are deep and luscious with a dark ruby color and strong aromas. The debut 2005 vintage is 100% cabernet sauvignon. This cabernet sauvignon has aromas cherries and berries; notes of cassis, mocha, and vanilla with sweet smoke. The flavor of Tobacco and cedar come through with a hints of violet and cherry ice cream. The entry is bright with juicy fruit flavors, cherry smoke with a feminine quality. It continues to please as the toasty oak comes through. This wine is great now but can be laid down for the next 10 years. Please Note: Wine will be shipped by Aero Packing.
